| Hello my friends, On December 7th, we transition into Bing Zi / Fire Rat month. As we move into the mid-point of the Winter Water season, we see below in the chart both Jia Chen and Bing Zi pillars duplicated in Fu Yin. This symbolizes the opportunity for a month of self reflection, contemplation, and inner work as we prepare for what’s coming in 2025. The Fire Rat is one of the most interesting pillars, symbolized by the image of an eclipse – where the Sun and Moon appear together in the sky. This suggests a time when secrets offering themselves from our subconscious could be revealed. The Yang Fire provides us all with the ability to dig deep with self honesty. | We are nearing the end of the Wood Dragon Year, with only two months remaining. Time feels like it’s speeding up, and uncertainty reigns in the minds for many. It’s been a year marked by the dramas of war, weather related catastrophic events, elections and much more. Every week clients and students ask: “What can I do to align my life with greater fulfillment? What is my soul purpose?” 2024, The Wood Dragon year, is one supposed to bring up questions about our values. Where are you aligned with your highest values? And if not, what needs to be done? The awareness that we are all connected and all part of the greater whole is growing. What energy do you wish to put out there? What kind of energy do you want to be a part of? And what needs to be done to bring you closer to your truth? The intentions and commitments you make in this Wood Dragon year greatly impact or shape the next few years. I encourage you to ask yourself honestly: Are you aligned with your personal truth? If not, what steps can you take to open doors in that direction? People’s thoughts alone do not determine their futures. People decide their habits and their habits decide their futures. The truth is Destiny is not a singular destination. What happens between birth and death is the possibility of life. Fate is to do nothing. Wait. Destiny is a possibility. If you choose to activate your potential, it starts with awareness and then a plan.
